Intervention 1: "Intervention group": isotertionin consumption 0.3mg/kg from 2 weeks before up to 2 months after rhinoplasty surgery.". Intervention 2: Control group: without any intervention.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age more than 18 Rhinoplasty candidate Thick nose skin due to surgeon opinion

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Not permitted by patient Pergnancy and Lactating Metabolic disorders Sensitivity to Isotertinoin Addiction Disobeying patient

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Skin thickness. Timepoint: 0-1-6 months. Method of measurement: By ultrasound and due to surgeons opinion.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Hypertrophic scar and kelloid. Timepoint: 0-1-6 months. Method of measurement: Surgeon's visit.
