Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Be over 18 years of age. They must reside in the intervention neighborhood. The individual or their household must have a smartphone and virtual messengers.

Exclusion criteria: Those who cannot give informed consent Individuals who have severe cognitive impairment
