Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All mothers who visit the hospital to have their pediatrics admitted. All mothers who wish to participate in the study. The mother's constant presence with the child during hospitalization. The length of hospitalization is more than 48 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participation in a similar study in the past 6 months. Individual withdrawal from continuing cooperation at any stage of the study. Experiencing a severe stressful event in the past three months The presence of a chronic illness or psychological disorder in the mother, based on a history recorded in the medical record or a valid self-declaration The need for immediate and vital action upon arrival at the hospital

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Anxiety score on the Spielberger questionnaire and the nursing service quality score in the Qualipak questionnaire. Timepoint: Measuring anxiety AND Quality of nursing services at the beginning of the study and examining anxiety AND Quality of nursing services immediately after the intervention. Method of measurement: Spielberger Anxiety Questionnaire and Qualipak Service Quality Questionnaire.
