Inclusion criteria: All individuals must be identified as having post-traumatic stress disorder before entering the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exacerbation of related diseases or orthopedic injuries

Improving quality of life. Timepoint: These variables will be examined and recorded before the intervention (pre-test). Also, at the end of the last training session, the variables will be measured again (post-test). Finally, with a 2-week interval after the subjects have not trained, the variables will be measured again (retention). Method of measurement: The SF-36 questionnaire is used to assess quality of life.;Working memory. Timepoint: These variables will be examined and recorded before the intervention (pre-test). Also, at the end of the last training session, the variables will be measured again (post-test). Finally, with a 2-week interval after the subjects have not trained, the variables will be measured again (retention). Method of measurement: The n-back test is used to measure working memory.;Response inhibition. Timepoint: These variables will be examined and recorded before the intervention (pre-test). Also, at the end of the last training session, the variables will be measured again (post-test). Finally, with a 2-week interval after the subjects have not trained, the variables will be measured again (retention). Method of measurement: The go/no-go test is used to assess response inhibition control.;Psychological variables including depression, anxiety, and stress.
