Intervention 1: Intervention group: :The intervention group will receive an 8-session, in-person mindfulness-based counseling program, delivered weekly in a group format. Each session will last 90 min

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Being married and having only one husband. No primary or secondary infertility in the woman or her husband. Being sexually active. Absence of health-threatening systemic diseases. No occurrence of an unwanted pregnancy in the past six months. Non-use of tobacco, alcohol, or illicit drugs by the woman or her husband. Not having attended any educational or counseling sessions on childbearing or sessions aimed at increasing awareness (related to the study topic) within the past six months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Voluntary withdrawal or unwillingness to continue participation in the study. Failure to attend more than one intervention session. Occurrence of major stressful events during the study period. Concurrent participation in a similar intervention
