Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Having a history of laparotomy (abdominal) or laparoscopic hysterectomy within the last 1 to 6 months Age between 18 and 49 years Hysterectomy for benign reasons Ability to read, write, and answer questionnaires Willingness to cooperate and sign an informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: diagnosed psychiatric disorders inability to participate in the educational program
