Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis of type 2 diabetes before and after transplantation At least 6 months have passed since the kidney transplant. No active infection (urinary, vaginal, diabetic foot ulcer) No AKI in the past 30 days The transplant regimen has not changed in the past three months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - History of severe reaction to dapagliflozin.
