Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The child must have a confirmed diagnosis of cerebral palsy, as determined by a pediatric neurologist. A minimum Gross Motor Function Classification System (GMFCS) level of III is required. Age range: 4 to 13 years. Sufficient ability of the child to comprehend and follow instructions, based on the clinical judgment of the occupational therapist or parental report. Adequate maternal cognitive capacity to understand and carry out the required instructions. The mother must be the child’s primary caregiver. Access to a mobile phone or online communication platform for follow-up and session monitoring. Provision of written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Maternal diagnosis of a serious comorbid psychiatric disorder (e.g., schizophrenia, bipolar disorder). Child's pre-existing severe sensory or motor impairment that would preclude participation in the OPC intervention. History of receiving OPC or a highly similar intervention within the past six months. Lack of informed consent from the mother. Inability to provide verbal responses required for questionnaire completion (if applicable).
