Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: No diagnosed physical illness Living with one parent (father or mother) Girls between 12 and 16 years old No diagnosed mental disorder

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Receive consultation sessions while conducting research Age above or below the target age in the study Having mental disorders diagnosed by a psychiatrist Unwillingness to continue participating in the research

The score that the subject obtains from the cognitive avoidance questionnaire. Timepoint: Pre-test 7 days, post-test 7 days, intervention 60 days, follow-up 60 days after the post-test. Method of measurement: Cognitive Avoidance Questionnaire (CAQ).;The score that the subject obtains from the perceived stress questionnaire. Timepoint: Pre-test 7 days, post-test 7 days, intervention 60 days, follow-up 60 days after the post-test. Method of measurement: Perceived Stress Questionnaire (PSS).;The score that the subject obtains from the Emotional Distress Tolerance Questionnaire. Timepoint: Pre-test 7 days, post-test 7 days, intervention 60 days, follow-up 60 days after the post-test. Method of measurement: Distress Tolerance Scale (DTS).;The score that the subject obtains on the Emotional Regulation Questionnaire.
