Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis of functional seizure disorder by a psychiatrist or neurologist Age between 18 and 55 years Stable medication regimen during the past three months Ability to read and write Persian Providing informed consent for participation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe psychotic disorders Presence of severe neurological disorders Inability to participate regularly in treatment sessions Changes in psychiatric medications during the study

Sensory processing sensitivity score in individuals with functional seizures. Timepoint: Before the intervention, immediately after completion of the intervention, and three months after the intervention. Method of measurement: Aron and Aron Sensory Processing Sensitivity Questionnaire.;Interpretive bias score in individuals with functional seizures. Timepoint: Before the intervention, immediately after completion of the intervention, and three months after the intervention.
