Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Being at least 18 years of age Obtaining an average score on the Beck Depression Inventory–II Obtaining an average score on the Beck Anxiety Inventory Obtaining an average score on the Difficulties in Emotion Regulation Scale

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Schizophrenia Spectrum and Other Psychotic Disorders Dissociative disorders Active suicidal ideation Other contraindications for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy

Depression score on the Beck Depression Inventory–II. Timepoint: Depression score assessment before the intervention as a pre-test, assessment after the intervention as a post-test, and assessment in the follow-up phase four weeks after the intervention.
