20 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Receiving a diagnosis of multiple sclerosis Having sufficient literacy Age between 20 and 50 years Absence of family history of disease At least six months have passed since the definitive diagnosis of the patient.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Lack of willingness or inability to provide free consent Receiving other psychological interventions during the course of the research.
