Inclusion criteria: Age 18-70 years Active medical record in the diabetes clinic No documented mental disorders
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Experience of major stressful events (e.g., death of a close relative) within the past six months Self-reported history of mental illness or cognitive impairment
