Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
1) Frustration Tolerance: Assesses the individual’s capacity to tolerate frustration and cope with obstacles when pursuing goals.2) Emotional Information Processing: Evaluates the ability to process emotional experiences, including emotion suppression, experiencing and managing unpleasant emotions, emotion regulation, avoidance behaviors, and manifestations of unprocessed emotional content.3) Behavioral Inhibition: Measures the degree of inhibitory control and behavioral restraint in response to emotional or stressful stimuli. Timepoint: Assessments were conducted at three time points: pre-test (before the intervention), post-test (immediately after completion of the treatment sessions), and follow-up (three months after the post-test). Method of measurement: Data were collected through self-report instruments using standard questionnaires rated on a 5-point Likert scale (from “strongly disagree” to “strongly agree”).1) Frustration Tolerance: Assessed using the Harrington Failure Tolerance Scale (FTS), consisting of 35 items and 4 subscales. 2)Emotional Information Processing: Measured with the short version of the Emotional Information Processing Scale (EPS), containing 25 items and 5 subscales. 3) Behavioral Inhibition: Evaluated using the Behavioral Inhibition Scale (BIS), comprising 7 items.
