Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Willingness to participate in the study Age 18 years and older Diagnosis of heart failure Class II or higher for at least three months Hospitalization due to heart failure No known cognitive or psychiatric disorders and not using psychotropic medications Access to a smartphone and ability to use messaging applications Ability to speak and understand Persian Ability to read and write Having at least three months of caregiving experience for a patient with heart failure (for caregiver)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Unwillingness to participate in the study Experiencing a stressful event or severe emotional problem
