Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Being 16 to 18 years old Having experienced menstruation Obtaining a low score on the Morse Menstrual Attitude Questionnaire (a score of less than 136) Currently being enrolled in the second level of high school in Ramshir County
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Having a physical or mental illness confirmed by a physician or psychiatrist Currently receiving any psychological or counseling intervention related to menstrual health or attitude modification Having medical conditions or disabilities that significantly interfere with participation in group activities
