Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Married woman with complete hearing loss Congenital or primary deafness(Secondary or acquired deafness is not included in the inclusion criteria) Age 15 to 49 years At least one year of marriage Literate Residing in Hamedan city Written informed consent to participate in the research Possibility to participate in group sessions with a sign language interpreter Absence of severe psychiatric disorders (based on welfare records or participant's statement) Absence of other concurrent disabilities Absence of diseases that affect sexual intercourse (MS, vaginismus, hypothyroidism, diabetes, depression, etc.) The individual's spouse does not have any sexual dysfunction, according to the individual's statement

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Voluntary withdrawal from further participation in sessions Failure to attend more than one counseling session Family or psychological crisis during the course Pregnant and lactating women Participation in other sexual counseling courses during the study

Timepoint: Measurement of sexual health literacy score at the beginning of the study and one month after the intervention. Method of measurement: Adult Sexual Health Literacy Questionnaire.;Women's sexual quality of life score on the Simond Women's Sexual Quality of Life Questionnaire. Timepoint: Measuring women's sexual quality of life scores at the beginning of the study and one month after the intervention.
