Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Do not have obvious movement disorders. Have no problems doing daily tasks If they have non-communicable diseases, their disease is under control. Have the ability to use a smartphone and cyberspace.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having a disease or physical or mental condition that makes it impossible for you to perform physical activity to participate in the study

Regular physical activity. Timepoint: Before the intervention and 6 months after the intervention. Method of measurement: Standard questionnaire for measuring physical activity in the elderly and questionnaire for measuring the constructs of the Theory of Planned Behavior in the context of regular physical activity in the elderly.
