Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18 years and older Definite diagnosis of generalized anxiety disorder Score greater than 15 on the Spitzer Generalized Anxiety Disorder Questionnaire (GAD-7) Serum vitamin D level greater than 30 ng/ml

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy Breastfeeding Acute physical illness Severe psychiatric disorders (bipolar disorder, schizophrenia)
