Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Willingness to participate in the study and signing the informed consent form Age above 18 years and below 65 years Diagnosis of chronic kidney disease confirmed by a specialist physician Stage 3 or 4 chronic kidney disease with eGFR between 15 and 59 Full consciousness Ability to speak and understand Persian Basic literacy skills (reading and writing) Adequate speech, hearing, and vision abilities Access to a mobile phone Access to and ability to use the Eitaa communication platform

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unwillingness to participate in the study Age below 18 years or above 65 years Presence of speech, hearing, or visual impairments, or cognitive and memory disorders Lack of full consciousness Inability to speak or understand Persian Illiteracy or lack of basic reading and writing skills

MeasureTime frame
Self-Efficacy. Timepoint: Self-efficacy was measured at the beginning of the study (before the intervention), 2 weeks after the start of the training program (immediately after the intervention), and 2 weeks after the end of the training program. Method of measurement: Chronic Disease Self-Efficacy Scale.;Health Literacy. Timepoint: Health literacy measurement at the beginning of the study (before the intervention) and 2 weeks after the start of the educational program (immediately after the intervention), and 2 weeks after the end of the educational program. Method of measurement: Kidney Knowledge Survey.
