Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with a Gag Trigger Point Index (GTPI) score higher than 2 Patients who provide written informed consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy or lactation. Any systemic disease. Presence of motor neuron disease. Known allergy or hypersensitivity to Benzydamine Hydrochloride

Timepoint: Measurement Time Points for Primary Outcome· Baseline (Before Intervention): Before applying any treatment· Post-Intervention: · For mouthwash group: 10 minutes after gargling · For laser group: 30 minutes after laser irradiation · For control group: 5 minutes after using the spray. Method of measurement: Measurement Method for the Primary Outcome VariableMeasurement Tools:Disposable wooden tongue depressor· Standard Gag Trigger Point Index (GTPI) scoring tableProcedure,The patient is positioned seated at a 45-degree angle in the dental unit, The assessor uses the tongue depressor to gently stimulate different areas of the oral cavity,Stimulation is performed systematically from anterior to posterior regions,For each area, the gag reflex response is observed and recorded, Based on the standard GTPI table, the highest score that elicits a gag reflex is recorded as the final score.Result Recording: Scores are recorded on a scale from 0 (no response) to 8 (stimulation of the buccal mucosa area).	—
