Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Antioxidant(TAC). Timepoint: 2 months. Method of measurement: Through blood measurement and specialized assay kits.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
VCAM-1 is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily found on endothelial cells and interacts with the ß1 integrin VLA-4.PAI-1 is a serine protease inhibitor (serpin) that functions as the primary inhibitor of tissue-type plasminogen activator (tPA) and urokinase (uPA), the key activators of plasminogen and thus of fibrinolysis, the physiological degradation of blood clots. It is a serine protease inhibitor protein (serpin) known as SERPINE1.IL-10 is an important interleukin secreted by white blood cells.IL-1ß is a protein cytokine encoded by the IL1B gene in humans. Timepoint: two months. Method of measurement: Through blood measurement and specialized assay kits.
