Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All students participating in the sixth semester must have passed the Nursing Management Theory Unit Samples should be selected from both sexes Studying at the studied faculties at the time of the research (no transfer to other faculties)

Exclusion criteria: Individuals who have participated in a similar study Students who are unwilling to participate in the study or have not completed the informed consent form

MeasureTime frame
Managerial skills score measured by validated questionnaire before and after intervention. Timepoint: Assessment of managerial skills at baseline (before intervention)and immediately after completion of the educational intervention. Method of measurement: Nursing Management Internship Evaluation Tool (Amini & Vonki, 2004) The evaluation tool is based on the (Behaviorally Anchored Rating Scale ;BARS) method. It is completed by the student (self-evaluation), the head nurse, and the clinical instructor. The instrument includes the subscales: Planning, Problem-solving, Organizing, Communication, Control and supervision.

MeasureTime frame
Score of clinical teaching quality. Timepoint: Every four days during the intervention and immediately after the completion of the intervention. Method of measurement: Maastricht Clinical Teaching Questionnaire .This questionnaire is based on the cognitive apprenticeship model and was developed by Stalmeijer and colleagues in 2010. It includes items addressing guidance, feedback, role modeling, educational support, and structuring of the learning process. The questionnaire is completed by students, and both the total score and the subscale scores are used as indicators of the quality of clinical teaching.
