50 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis, Kellgren & Lawrence Grade I or II, confirmed radiographically by a specialist physician or physical therapist. Ability to ambulate independently for a minimum of 10 meters without assistive devices. No participation in any structured exercise program (e.g., physiotherapy or corrective exercises) within the last 3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Undergoing surgery on the affected lower limb or knee within the last 6 months (excluding minor unrelated procedures). Received intra-articular knee injections (steroid or hyaluronic acid) within the past 3 months. Presence of neurological conditions (e.g., stroke, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis) that impact balance and postural control. Presence of uncontrolled cardiorespiratory insufficiency or active rheumatic diseases. History of knee arthroplasty (joint replacement).
