To investigate the effects of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and beta-alanine supplementation on the physiological and specific performance of elite Wushu athletes. This study seeks to improve the aerobic and anaerobic abilities of athletes and focuses on the effects of these two interventions on improving indicators such as reaction time, agility, endurance under repetitive conditions, and changes in lactate levels during simulated competitions.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: :• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the field of Wushu.• Possession of at least one championship title at the provincial or national level.• An intermediate or higher level of general physical fitness.• Willingness to participate in research and complete a written consent form.

| In this study, the primary outcome variable is the improvement in specific physiological and performance indicators of elite wushu athletes, which may change as a result of the HIIT training and beta-alanine supplementation. Method of measurement: Reaction time and agility: Assessed using agility and reaction time tests in simulated Wushu conditions. Repeated endurance: Evaluated through high-intensity movement repetition tests and assessing muscular endurance against fatigue. Blood lactate changes: Measured by blood sampling after a simulated competition and measuring lactate levels to evaluate the metabolic response to intense activity. Method of measurement: Method of Measuring Secondary Outcome Variables:The secondary outcome variables in this study will be measured as follows:1. VO2max (Aerobic Capacity): Measured through a simulated high-intensity exercise test (such as a treadmill running test or a stationary cycling test with varying intensity) that assesses oxygen consumption.2. Blood Lactate Accumulation and Clearance Rates: Blood samples will be taken at various times following simulated training and competition to measure lactate levels and evaluate the rate of clearance.3. Muscular Endurance Against Fatigue: Assessed through a repeated endurance test that involves performing several sets of high-intensity exercises and measuring the time until fatigue or a decrease in performance is observed.4.
