Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Definitive clinical diagnosis of lateral epicondylitis by an orthopedic specialist Age over 18 years old Chronic pain in the elbow area for at least 6 weeks Willingness to participate in the study and informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Presence of systemic diseases such as uncontrolled diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis, and other serious disorders Skin diseases Taking anticoagulant medications or having a history of bleeding History of steroid injections in the past 3 months pregnancy Presence of concomitant neuropathic or neuromuscular disorders in the upper limb
