Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Women who are candidates for abdominal hysterectomy and whose surgical indications are determined by a gynecological surgeon Written informed consent to participate in the study Absence of active signs of infection in the body at the time of hospitalization and before surgery dont have Known hypersensitivity to iodine solutions (betadine)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient's lack of consent to continue participating in the study at any stage The occurrence of unforeseen complications during or after surgery that require special interventions or changes in treatment course Changing the surgical method during surgery from abdominal hysterectomy to other methods Use of non-standard disinfectant solution or one that differs from research protocols during patient preparation
