Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Willingness to participate in the study access to a mobile phone no history of similar training ability to read and write or having someone to do so on their behalf orientation to time and place age over 20 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Lack of willingness and cooperation to continue participating in the study deterioration of the illness presence of concurrent disease and emergence of critical conditions any cognitive impairments that make the individual dependent on a caregiver

MeasureTime frame
Patients' level of self-care. Timepoint: The educational interventions will be delivered in three stages: at admission, throughout the hospitalization period, and at the time of discharge. Following discharge, participants in the intervention group will be monitored weekly via telephone calls. Data will be collected using a questionnaire, which will be completed by participants either through telephone interviews or in person (for those attending follow-up visits) at two time points: prior to the intervention and four weeks post-intervention. Method of measurement: Colorectal Cancer-Specific Self-Care Ability Questionnaire.
