Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Having symptomatic premature ventricular contractions confirmed by Holter monitoring Providing written informed consent to participate in the research project Having no contraindication to receiving beta-blockers, especially the two mentioned drugs

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Lack of patient consent to continue participation in the study Contraindication to receiving beta-blockers, particularly the two study drugs

MeasureTime frame
Frequency and symptoms of premature ventricular contractions (PVCs). Timepoint: At baseline and after six months of treatment with the mentioned drug. Method of measurement: The symptoms reported by the patient and the Holter rhythm monitoring.
