Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with bilateral mandibular fractures where both sides of the fracture have indications for open fracture treatment. Absence of infection and no history of systemic disease that would affect bone healing. Consent to participate in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who do not have indications for open treatment of mandibular fractures.

| Bone healing rate based on radiographic density criteria. Timepoint: Day of surgery, 30 days after surgery, and three months after fracture healing. Method of measurement: Bone density at the fracture site will be assessed by measuring the gray level of pixels in radiographic images, and the fracture density on the side where nanocurcumin was applied will be compared to the opposite side (without the substance). | — |
