| Reducing the severity of erythema and flushing. Timepoint: Measurements are taken at four stages (first visit and before starting treatment, one month after starting treatment, then in the third month of taking the drug and one month after stopping treatment). Method of measurement: The severity of erythema will be measured by the physician based on the criteria. On the other hand, the assessment of erythema and flushing will be carried out by the patients themselves based on the CEA Assessment Scale (CEA). Also, using the global flushing severity score (GFSS) and the Patient’s self assessment (PSA) criteria, delta L and delta E will be measured by the Visioface device. Photos of the patients will be taken at all visits and the criteria will be established. | — |
