Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children aged 5-12 years scheduled for elective tonsillectomy ASA I-II
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ketamine allergy psychiatric/neurological disorders chronic pain syndromes severe asthma recent respiratory infections Emergency surgery recent opioid use
