Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 60 years or older Score higher than seven on the Abbreviated Mental Test AMT Ability to speak and hear effectively Providing informed consent At least six months of work experience in various hospital wards Providing informed consent Participation in the virtual group

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Withdrawal of consent Health issues or specific medical Inability to perform the interventions Incomplete questionnaires Death or prolonged hospitalization of the older adult Objection to the use of data
