Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis of low back pain with mild, moderate, or severe score in the Brief Pain Inventory questionnaire Iranian nationality Singleton pregnancy Primigravida (first pregnancy) Gestational age between 24–28 weeks Body Mass Index (BMI) < 35 Presence of low back pain complaint during pregnancy No contraindications for exercise during pregnancy Participation in routine physiological childbirth classes at study centers No participation in private childbirth preparation classes No performance of professional pelvic or back exercises before or during pregnancy Having a medical certificate confirming eligibility for participation in exercises Media literacy and access to a smartphone

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any pregnancy complications Unwillingness to participate in the study Using painkillers to relieve pain

MeasureTime frame
The level of low back pain intensity in primiparous pregnant women before and after pelvic floor correction exercise training, indicating the effect of the intervention on pain reduction. Timepoint: Before the intervention, immediately after six weeks of pelvic posture correction exercise training, and two weeks after completion of the intervention (follow-up). Method of measurement: Using the Brief Pain Inventory (BPI-SF) questionnaire, which measures pain intensity and interference with daily functioning.;The level of functional disability caused by low back pain in pregnant women before and after pelvic posture correction exercises, to assess the intervention’s effect on functional improvement. Timepoint: Before the intervention, immediately after six weeks of training, and two weeks after the completion of the intervention (follow-up). Method of measurement: Using the Modified Oswestry Disability Index (ODI) questionnaire.;The level of quality of life in primiparous pregnant women before and after pelvic posture correction exercises, to evaluate the intervention’s impact on overall physical and mental well-being. Timepoint: Before the intervention, immediately after six weeks of training, and two weeks after the completion of the intervention (follow-up). Method of measurement: Using the 36-item Short Form Health Survey (SF-36), which assesses various dimensions of physical, mental, and social health.
