Exclusion criteria: Allergic to Cortisone, Botox or PRP

American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society Score -Visual Analog Scale. Timepoint: Before treatment, 3 weeks after treatment and 6 months after treatment. Method of measurement: Visual Analog Scale ? American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society Score.
