Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Willingness to participate in the study Age 18 to 70 years No known psychological problems (e.g., severe depression, bipolar disorder, etc., as diagnosed by a neuropsychiatric specialist) Having breast cancer as diagnosed by your doctor Having a primary caregiver (such as a spouse or children) Ability for first-line caregivers to access smartphones Being literate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Absence in more than two training sessions Patient death Has not had metastasis Patient is not a member of the medical staff Has not previously undergone training

Quality of life and self-care behaviors. Timepoint: Determining the average score of quality of life and self-care behaviors of patients undergoing family-centered education and patients in the control group before and one month after the intervention. Method of measurement: Specific Quality of Life Questionnaire for Breast Cancer Patients and Self-Care Behaviors Questionnaire.
