Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Parents must have a child aged 7–12 enrolled in an elementary school in Kermanshah during the second semester of the 2024–2025 academic year. Parents must have at least a high school diploma. Parents must score 70 or higher on the Perfectionism Questionnaire. Parents must score 27 or higher on the Depression Questionnaire. Students must score 20 or higher on the Anxiety Questionnaire.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Parents who do not have at least a high school diploma will not be included in the study. Parents who score below 70 on the Perfectionism Questionnaire will not be included in the study. Children who score below 27 on the Depression Questionnaire will not be included in the study. Children who score below 20 on the Anxiety Questionnaire will not be included in the study. Parents who are not willing to participate in the study will not be included.
