18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Mild and moderate blunt brain injury Age 18-70 years Stable hemodynamics Non-sensitivity to ct-choline No severe chest, heart, or organ injury that would require surgery No history of brain injury

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant or planning to become pregnant or breastfeeding women Underlying disease that may affect prognosis (heart, liver, kidney problems, malignancy) Taking acetylcholinesterase inhibitors Patients with a history of severe depression and cognitive impairment and hospitalization for this reason Surgery in the first 24 hours of trauma Cardiac resuscitation Patient dissatisfaction

MeasureTime frame
Improving cognitive disorders. Timepoint: 3th day, 30th day, 90th day. Method of measurement: Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) questionnaire.
