Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age 18 years and older Gestational age between 16 and 20 weeks Having a sexual distress score of 11 or higher on the questionnaire Singleton pregnancy Living with spouse Ability to read and write Sexually active
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Having neurological or psychiatric disorders Pregnancy achieved through assisted reproductive techniques Prohibition of sexual activity during pregnancy History of receiving sexual counseling during pregnancy Sexual dysfunction prior to pregnancy
