Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with temporomandibular joint disorders between the ages of 15 and 40 Vertical opening less than 4 cm Pain or clicking

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Mass in the jaw and neck area Active infection in the jaw area Inferior alveolar nerve injury Depression Heart disease Pregnancy Rheumatoid arthritis Unwillingness and lack of cooperation of the patient

MeasureTime frame
Changes in total salivary enzyme levels. Timepoint: Initially before laser therapy, and finally after 20 laser therapy sessions. Method of measurement: Total enzyme activity using standard biochemical kit.;Changes in the concentration of the enzyme malondialdehyde. Timepoint: Initially before laser therapy, and finally after 20 laser therapy sessions. Method of measurement: Malondialdehyde enzyme activity using a standard biochemical kit.
