Intervention 1: Intervention group: Undergo repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS). Intervention 2: Control group: They are put under sham.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients over 60 years of age No metal implants in the head or epilepsy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having other neurological disorders such as Parkinson's, brain tumors, or traumatic brain injuries Alcohol or drug abuse

MeasureTime frame
Cognitive function. Timepoint: Before and after study (10 sessions). Method of measurement: Standardized tools such as the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) are used to measure cognitive function.
