Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Asymptomatic adults with flexible flatfoot Active young individuals who spend at least 6 hours outside the home daily In the age range of 18 to 44 years Foot posture Index Score: 6 to 11 Individuals who have an angle greater than 4 degrees between the calcaneal bone and the vertical line to the ground in the standing position (resting calcaneal position) Body Mass Index in the normal range (18.5-24.9) Lack of professional sports experience

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Rigid flat foot Pain in the lower limb Plantar fasciitis Ankle instability History of trauma and orthopedic surgery in the past 6 months pregnancy Orthopedic and inflammatory diseases History of using foot orthoses or performing foot exercises in the 6 months prior to the study
