Intervention 1: Second intervention group: In the head and trunk area of ??the middle and lower nasal turbinates of the patient, 50 units of botulinum toxin from the brand Mosport 500 will be injected

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: People with rhinitis who do not respond adequately to medical treatment or who suffer from side effects of medical treatments

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy Rhinosinusitis with or without polyposis Nasal anatomical abnormalities History of nasal and sinus surgeries History of immunotherapy History or presence of nasal and sinus malignancies

MeasureTime frame
The amount of score reduction in the Total Nasal Symptom Score checklist. Timepoint: Before the injection, two weeks after, and then at six and twelve weeks after the injection. Method of measurement: Total Nasal Symptom Score.
