Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy Known psychiatric disorder Consumption of anti-depressive or sedative drugs Sleep disorders Usual tea drinking

Memory span score. Timepoint: At the beginning of the work shift and before the intervention, in the middle of the shift and at the end of the shift. Method of measurement: Wechsler questionnaire.;Attention score. Timepoint: At the beginning of the work shift and before the intervention, in the middle of the shift and at the end of the shift. Method of measurement: Stroop Test.;Reaction time. Timepoint: At the beginning of the work shift and before the intervention, in the middle of the shift and at the end of the shift.
