Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Pregnant women candidates for elective cesarean section for the second time? Gestational age term Maternal age 18–49 years? ASA II
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ?Maternal underlying ?disease Emergency cesarean section ?Maternal age over 49 years or under 18 years ?History ?of allergy to ketamine ?Patients ?who used painkillers or sedative drugs 24 hours before surgery
