Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Confirmed diagnosis of temporomandibular disorders (TMD) based on validated diagnostic criteria (e.g., DC/TMD) or clinical examination by a specialist, including patients presenting with joint and/or muscular pain related to TMD. Ability and willingness to participate in the study and to attend all treatment sessions and follow-up visits as scheduled. Provision of written informed consent by the participant or a legal guardian, when applicable. Ability to provide an acceptable saliva sample suitable for biochemical analysis and laboratory testing.
