Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Personnel working at Sarcheshmeh Copper Industrial Company who, based on test results, are diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. Body mass index (BMI) above 25

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Other types of diabetes, Weight loss surgery within the last year Weight loss plan in the last 3 months Diseases such as liver cancer and immune system deficiencies
