Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 65-75 years old Cognitively healthy with a Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) score =23 Visual, auditory, and motor capacity for one minute of exergame Capable to movement more ten minutes without any assist equipment No regular exercise in the past 6 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cardiac arrhythmia Uncontrolled high blood pressure Major or minor neurocognitive disorder or other neurological disorders and diseases (Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, etc.) Stress Mental conditions such as depression Surgery Limited mobility (osteoarthritis) Uncontrolled diabetes (blood sugar above 150)

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Cognitive function. Timepoint: before and after intervention. Method of measurement: Moca test - DASS test.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Cerebral blood flow. Timepoint: before and after intervention. Method of measurement: Arterial spin labeling (ASL).
