Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Minimum literacy Ability to complete the questionnaire Willingness to participate and sign the consent form. Open heart surgery Having a diagnosis of cardiovascular disease Age between 50-70 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diagnosis of severe psychiatric disorders Simultaneous receipt of other psychotherapeutic interventions during the study period.
