Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Having informed consent Age between 30-50 Getting a score higher than 16 on the binge eating scale Not using drugs affecting appetite Participating in counseling and psychotherapy sessions at the same time
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: more than three sessions of absence Incomplete or inaccurate questionnaire Changes in therapeutic Diet or initiation of new pharmaceutical and nutritional treatments during the research period Cases where participants felt that the treatment was not beneficial for them or was not aligned with their personal goals. reluctance to continue sessions
